Good - I don’t want you there every day. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym every day to make progress - you need a smart plan that fits your schedule and allows for recovery. We build around your real availability, not an ideal week. Rest is part of the program, not a failure of it.
Most plans fail because they’re generic. Cookie-cutter programs don’t account for your lifestyle, stress, travel, or history. Coaching isn’t just about workouts - it’s about guidance, accountability, and adjusting when things don’t go perfectly. That’s where most people actually start seeing results.
That’s fair - and it’s also worth being honest about what staying stuck costs you. Your energy, confidence, health, and ability to fully enjoy life matter. So do I! And so do most of my clients. Travel and holidays don’t derail progress when they’re planned for. We adjust training, plan meals realistically, and map out before-and-after strategies so life can happen without starting over every time.
